Job Summary

As a Property Manager at Ohmyhome Property Management, you will lead building operations and maintenance teams, ensuring high standards in property management and contract compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of buildings or condominiums to ensure smooth functioning and client satisfaction
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance and administrative staff to deliver effective property services
• Execute maintenance functions to meet or exceed client and subsidiary proprietor expectations
• Lead teams responsible for maintenance, finance, security, fire safety, and car park management to achieve operational excellence
• Monitor and ensure all contract works and routine servicing comply with contractual agreements
• Review contracts, agreements, and insurance documents before expiry to recommend renewals or initiate quotations and tenders
• Coordinate council meetings and general meetings to facilitate stakeholder communication and decision-making

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Real Estate Management or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Real Estate Management or related field
• Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
• Demonstrated leadership skills and problem-solving abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and a passion for building management
• Immediate availability is advantageous
