Supervise a team of property officers, technicians and admin personnel on daily works carried out in the shopping malls and overseeing daily operations.
Liaise with and supervise contractors, recommend and implement improvement works, attend to feedback, complaints and services requested by the clients.
Handle matters relating to tenancy and lease management, advertising and promotions management etc.
Required to prepare and submit management reports to the Client.
Any other duties are assigned by the Supervisor.
Job Requirements
Minimum Degree in Real Estate for Business/Facilities Management for Business/ Building Services Engineering/Project and Facilities Management or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in leading a team in managing commercial properties or in the alternative, at least 10 years of managerial experience in facilities management
Possess Fire Safety Manager certification
Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure
