Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Management Specialist to support the efficient operation, maintenance, and administration of real estate assets within the organization's portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring properties are well-maintained, compliant, and optimized for performance, tenant satisfaction, and long-term value creation.

The Property Management Specialist will coordinate day-to-day property operations, working closely with tenants, vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is organized, service-driven, and capable of managing multiple operational priorities in a structured and fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include overseeing maintenance and repair activities, coordinating facility service requests, and conducting regular property inspections to ensure safety, functionality, and compliance. The role will also support lease administration, tenant communications, occupancy tracking, and documentation management to ensure accurate and up-to-date property records.

In addition, the Property Management Specialist will assist in monitoring property performance, supporting operational budgeting, and tracking expenses to ensure cost efficiency. Responsibilities may include coordinating with contractors and vendors, reviewing service agreements, and ensuring timely and quality completion of works in accordance with standards and requirements.

The role also involves ensuring compliance with building regulations, safety requirements, and internal property management policies. The Property Management Specialist will contribute to process improvements, support reporting activities, and help enhance service delivery and operational efficiency across the property portfolio.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • Strong understanding of property operations, facility management, and real estate principles
  • Knowledge of lease administration, tenant relations, and building maintenance processes
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and property management systems
  • Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation and reporting skills
  • Ability to coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders effectively
  • Familiarity with building regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements
  • Experience in budgeting, cost control, or vendor management is an advantage
  • Strong customer service mindset with focus on tenant satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives
