Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Building Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the Building Manager (BM) in all aspects of operations and maintenance. Your key duties include:
- Facilities Management: Oversee the management of facilities within the premises, ensuring all systems are operating efficiently.
- Reporting: Compile monthly utilities reports, tabulations.
- SOP Development: Assist in the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) where necessary.
- Client Interfacing: Attend monthly meetings with clients, prepare minutes, provide updates on issues, and handle client feedback or requests. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules with contractors and clients.
- Project Coordination & Management: Provide costing and proposals for ad-hoc works/projects, evaluate contractor quotations, ensure the quality of work, and manage contractor relationships.
- Team Leadership: Guide, train, and supervise on-site technical teams to ensure the timely and proper execution of tasks. Oversee the planning and review of monthly maintenance schedules.
- Ad-hoc Assignments: Undertake any additional tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- A Diploma in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in the building and construction, real estate/property management, or repair and maintenance sectors.
