Property Management Officer
Location: Singapore
The Property Management Officer is responsible for overseeing private residential properties, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard, operationally sound, and professionally managed on behalf of clients.
This role combines operational execution, client reporting, and coordination with contractors to ensure properties remain in optimal condition at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular (e.g. weekly) property inspections to ensure overall condition, cleanliness, and functionality
Identify defects, maintenance requirements, and improvement opportunities proactively
Perform basic maintenance tasks where applicable (e.g. painting, minor handyman works)
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs, maintenance, and upgrades
Source and evaluate quotations from contractors for repair or improvement works
Prepare and present quotations to clients for approval
Oversee and ensure timely completion of maintenance and rectification works
Maintain accurate records of inspections, works completed, and property status
Provide structured updates and reports to clients on property condition and actions taken
Ensure compliance with safety standards and property management protocols
Requirements
Experience in property management, facilities management, or related fields preferred
Basic hands-on maintenance skills (e.g. painting, minor repairs)
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Clear and professional communication skills
Able to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively
Proficient in basic digital tools (e.g. Excel, reporting systems, messaging tools)
Responsible, detail-oriented, and reliable
