PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE

Work Location: River Valley (near Great World MRT) / Sims Drive (near Aljunied MRT)

Key Responsibilities

. To maintain and manage the property assigned.

. Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the property assigned.

. To build a good relationship with the residents.

. Supervision of term contractors and service providers.

Requirements

. Diploma in Building Management/Facilities Management /Real Estate Management or equivalent

. Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in managing condominiums

. Knowledge of the Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act is an added advantage

. Possess good interpersonal and communications skills

. Independent and able to work under pressure

. Responsible and possess initiative

. Computer literate
