- Supervise maintenance and installation activities of property systems and facilities.
- Ensure proper functioning and safety of mechanical, electrical, and civil components.
- Manage vendors and contractors for upkeep of sports facilities, faades, and landscaped areas.
- Support or lead minor development projects, such as EV charger installation, solar panel installation, and faade repainting.
- Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and contractor deliverables to ensure successful completion.
- Oversee solar power systems, including monitoring output, scheduling maintenance, and resolving issues.
- Manage hydro farming facilities, ensuring environmental compliance and productivity.
- Promote and support integration of green technologies within the property.
- Conduct periodic inspections to maintain high property standards.
- Assist the leasing team with technical aspects of properties, particularly new amenities like EV chargers and recreational facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance works, warranties, utilities, and contractor performance.
- Ensure all installations comply with local regulations, safety standards, and internal guidelines.
