Property Executive – Service Industry, Based in Singapore
As our Company embarks on rapid business expansion, we are sourcing for a highly-driven, dynamic and committed Property Executive to provide operational support for all our accounts, where we provide services such as Facilities Management, Housekeeping, Portering, Health Attendant and Visitor Management services at local healthcare institutions and Government sector.

The Company is an Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) company providing healthcare support services and property & facilities management services to both public and private sectors in Singapore. The company has 2 core businesses in healthcare support and facilities management services.
Besides Singapore, the Group also has strong presence in Malaysia and Taiwan. Collectively, it has a total combined staff strength of more than 10,000 across Singapore, Malaysia and Taiwan.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
· Managing and maintaining daily site operations to ensure all works adhere to legal regulations
· Ensuring preventive maintenance is carried out and carry out ad-hoc and routine inspections
· Managing and liaising with contractors for repairs of facilities
· Responsible for the overall safety and security (eg. responding to emergencies, managing crowd control and etc).
· Preparation of monthly reports and incident reports
· Ensure all feedback, enquiries and complaints are attended to promptly and efficiently
What we are looking for
· Minimum Diploma in Estate or Facilities Management, accredited institution in Building & Construction/ Mechanical or Electrical engineering, or equivalent with relevant experience
· 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Property Management
· Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
· Positive, people orientated and keen to learn
· MUST be able to commit Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm
