Role Description
A Property Executive / Property Manager / Real Estate Manager oversees, manages, and coordinates real estate properties and assets to ensure operational efficiency, tenant satisfaction, and profitability. This role combines property administration, client relations, and strategic planning to optimize property performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of residential, commercial, or industrial properties
- Coordinate leasing, tenant relations, and rent collection
- Conduct property inspections and ensure maintenance, safety, and compliance
- Prepare budgets, financial reports, and property performance analyses
- Negotiate lease agreements, contracts, and vendor services
- Identify opportunities for property enhancement or value appreciation

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business, or related field
- 27 years of experience in property management, real estate, or facilities management
- Knowledge of property laws, regulations, and leasing practices
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office
