We are currently seeking a dedicated Property Executive to be part of our Property Management team.
You will oversee the daily operations and management of high-end residential properties to ensure that property management services are delivered efficiently and in accordance with contractual and service standards while providing a high level of service to residents.
Job Description:
. Manage and maintain day-to-day operations of the and activities of the site of high-end residential properties
. Ensure effective and efficient management of the common areas through routine check
. Engage and attend to complaints from residents professionally and properly
. Ensure every complaint is addressed with the residents with closure
. Provide timely and prompt responses to complaints and requests
. Ensure that all the property management services rendered are in accordance with the contracts terms and conditions
. Make regular building inspections and forward the recommendation for rectification
. Perform site management and supervise a group of Term Contractors
. Monitor progress payments/claims to ensure cash flow projections
Requirements:
. Diploma in Real Estate / Building Management / Hotel Facilities Management or Higher NITEC in Facilities Management
. Relevant experience in managing building, condominiums, hospitality, office or commercial building
. Good communication and interpersonal skills
. Positive attitude and outgoing personality
. Ability to work independently and multi-task
