Job Description

(i) Plan and schedule fire safety inspections within tenanted units

(ii) Issue engagement letters

(iii) Engage with tenants

(iv) Conduct inspections of premises

(v) Assist in enforcement of breach of regulations/ rules

(vi) Escalate matters to authorities (e.g. SCDF)

(vii) Monitor regulatory processes

(viii) Report findings and progress to JTC (ie. monthly report)
