Responsibilities
- Conduct routine checks of the premises to ensure facilities and infrastructure are in safe and serviceable condition.
- Manage day-to-day building operations, including security, cleaning, landscaping, waste disposal, irrigation, carpark functions, defect rectification, and general repairs.
- Supervise the use of common areas and shared facilities to ensure proper upkeep and compliance with building rules.
- Coordinate with term contractors to ensure timely servicing and maintenance of all building systems in line with agreed schedules.
- Perform regular inspections to uphold cleanliness, adequate signage, and the overall presentation of the property and carpark.
- Support the preparation, monitoring, and control of operating and capital expenditure budgets.
- Inspect and test fire protection and safety systems to ensure full functionality and regulatory compliance, including organizing fire drills.
- Liaise with tenants, external parties, and authorities on building improvements, regulatory matters, and emergency response when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Building Management & Services or a related discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Service-oriented mindset with a proactive and positive approach.
- A collaborative team player who is also able to work independently with minimal supervision.
