Fully responsible for all matters pertaining to the proper management and maintenance of the property.
Responsible for the effective supervision, guidance and motivation of the on-site workers.
Maintain good rapport with residents and council members
Attend Sub- Committees, Council and General meetings.
Manage the common property with due competency and efficiency and cost-effectiveness and ensure that it is kept in a state of good repair and condition.
General administration of all building works and service contracts.
Plan preventive works schedule, conduct, and supervises inspections to building and grounds to identify defects/irregularities and follow-up on rectification works.
Any other duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in relevant facilities management or property management
Conversant in Building (Strata Management) Act 2004
Familiar with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Ability to work well and build excellent rapport with stakeholders / partners / tenants and vendors at all levels.
