Overview
The Part-Time Promoter represents the brand on the ground, engaging customers, promoting products, and driving sales at assigned locations. This role focuses on customer interaction, product knowledge, and achieving daily sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Customer Engagement
-Actively approach and engage customers
-Promote and explain products clearly
-Recommend suitable products based on customer needs
-Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
2. Product Knowledge
-Understand product features, benefits, and promotions
-Stay updated on ongoing campaigns and offers
-Answer customer questions confidently
3. Display & Merchandising Support
-Ensure products are well-stocked and neatly displayed
-Maintain cleanliness and attractiveness of the booth/area
-Assist with setup and teardown if required
4. Reporting
-Record daily sales and customer feedback
-Report stock issues or fast-moving items
-Submit simple end-of-day updates (sales, issues, photos if needed
Requirements
-Minimum age: 16/18 (depending on company policy)
-Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality
-Good communication skills
-Able to work retail hours (weekends/public holidays)
-Prior sales/promoter experience is a plus
