Summary of Job Role
We are looking for a creative and hands-on Promo Producer cum Content Creator to support the creation of engaging video content for our real estate projects. This role is ideal for someone passionate about videography, editing, and digital content, and who wants to grow their skills in property and lifestyle marketing.
Responsibilities
- Create promotional videos for property launches, showflat, and branding campaigns.
- Support on-site video shoots (camera, lighting, audio, setup).
- Edit video content for digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, website).
- Adapt long-form videos into short-form social media clips.
- Assist with posting content and basic social media engagement tracking.
- Work closely with the marketing team to meet campaign timelines.
Requirements
- Min Diploma Holder with relevant and equivalent qualifications.
- Several years of working experience in video production, content creation or related fields would be advantageous.
- Basic proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Familiarity with DSLR / mirrorless cameras and basic filming techniques.
- Interest in social media trends and digital content nature of work.
- Willingness to learn, adaptable and able to work on multiple projects.
- Highly creative, strong fashion sense with an eye for aesthetic standards, meticulous and adventurous and high personal standard.
- Must be willing and able to work on weekends and on site when filming is required.

Other Information
- Working Location: Toa Payoh (HDB Hub near Toa Payoh MRT Station), Showflat and the Company Events locations.
- 5-day work week, Mondays to Fridays: 9.00am to 6.00pm
