Projects Engineer cum CAD Drafter

Job Description:

Our Client is an established Engineering Consultant with offices in Geylang East Central and it is looking for a Projects Engineer cum CAD Drafter. The position is a permanent position, mainly office based with occasional visits to sites.

Roles & Responsibilities:
. To prepare 2D drawings using AutoCAD based on sketches etc.

. Ability to use 3D software will be an advantage.

. To interpret engineering & arch. drawings, design specifications, etc.

. To develop layout plans, sections for ACMV, Fire Protection, etc.

. To ensure drawings comply with Codes of Practice, etc.

. To check drawings for completeness, quality. To support project timelines . Occasionally to generate BoQ from drawings.

. To conduct site visits to verify measurements and site conditions, and manage the projects from office.

. Self motivated, have good interpersonal skills.
