With our commitment to quality service, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service, we are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Projects Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic team!
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure alignment on project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Coordinate and prepare commercial and project documentation crucially required for project completion and billing.
- Prepare and submit project deliverables, ensuring compliance with quality standards and client specifications.
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective project communication plans.
- Facilitate change requests and communicate impacts on project schedule, scope, and budget to all stakeholders.
- Adjust project schedules and targets as necessary while maintaining alignment with client expectations.
- Provide periodic progress updates, handover schedules, and key project information to the Project Director.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
- Manage customer satisfaction during project transition and closeout phases.
- Oversee and manage assigned job completion as per requirements at naval bases and shipyards timely.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support project and operational needs.
Requirement
- Diploma/ Degree in Marine Engineering, Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related engineering field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- A driven self-starter who is independent and resourceful and a problem solver
- Works with initiative and has a positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Working hours:
- Mon-Fri 8am to 5:15pm
- Alternate Sat 8am to 12pm (WFH arrangement can be
