Project & Validation Engineer - Pharma MNC (1 year contract)

Jobscope:
Capital Projects

• Manage capital project- work with stakeholders to scope out project, manage activities across all project phases and ensure on-time completion
• Responsible for sourcing and procuring of equipment and instrumentation required for the project
• Ensure contractors work on site is carried out safely and to a high level of quality
• Ensure project deliverables satisfies QMS standards and Global Engineering Standard (GES) requirements
• As SME, work with Automation Engineer to design and implement system automation
• Work closely with Site Utilities experts to implement high efficiency new chiller system
• Train FM Engineers and Plant Technicians on maintaining/operating new equipment

• Support process engineering team in commissioning and qualification activities for new technology/capability and improvement projects
• Develop, execute, and review validation protocols and related documentation
• Lead the resolution of validation events and escalate concerns in a timely manner

• Good honours degree in either Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Keen learner with positive attitude and strong resilience
• Good understanding of API primary manufacturing plant (equipment such as batch reactor, filter dryers) and facility equipment (Chillers, HVAC)
• Knowledge of best practices in engineering
• Good understanding of GMP, GEP and EHS requirements
• Good project management skills
• Open to candidates with no prior experience but keen to learn and possess a can-do positive attitude
