Training Centre Manager__
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will be required to develop course materials and content delivery to provide training for customers, either in classroom or remote. You will get to review the post-training course feedback and take possible corrective actions for improvement in your teaching methods, course materials and equipment, etc. You will also represent the ELSE Training Centre to showcase your expertise by guaranteeing excellent customer service and securing high level of customer satisfaction through trainings.
The work model for the role is: Classroom/ Remote
This role is contributing to the ELSE Training Centre in Singapore. Main stakeholders are Training Centre Manager and Collaborators from Institutions.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Preparing and delivering training courses in classroom or remote.
Developing course material for classroom and remote training in your own area of responsibility and provide updates for the course material.
Facilitating equipment setup prior to the training.
Qualifications for the role
You are enthusiastic in sharing and delivering knowledge.
Ability to demonstrate your experience in teaching. You have 10 years of experience in the Engineering industry.
Possess an enhanced knowledge of developing course materials and confidence in delivering training.
You are passionate about uplifting the upcoming generation in the industry.
Degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronics/Mechatronics or a related field.
You are at ease communicating in English and other language.
PE, LEW and ACLP Certification is a plus.
