Project Technical Manager

Job Purpose
Responsible for the day to day supervision of a team of installaters on site. Directing task to ensure that all works completed are on time and completed to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Effectively communicate requirement to an assigned team of installer.
• Monitoring workload and providing solutions to ensure targets are met.
• Manage the quality outputs of all installers, offering feedback where required and continually encouraging improvements.
• Estimate material requirement along with man-power and wastages.
• Maintain the quality control of materials and products within your area of responsibility.
• Ensure materials and processed products coming into the department meet quality requirements prior to commencement of further works
• Ensure all material or product that is substandard is quarantined and cannot be mistakenly used.
• Report on a daily basis on progress of jobs and raise early alert of risk of not meeting deadlines.
• General housekeeping of all areas, walkways, store etc
