Project Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise site works including hacking, brickwork, tiling, plastering, waterproofing, and general finishes
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate closely with lift contractor and other trades to meet project schedule
• Enforce Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements and safe work practices
• Monitor work quality, especially lift shaft alignment, structural works, and tiling finishes
• Track site progress, prepare reports, and resolve site issues promptly
• Liaise with project team, subcontractors, and residents to minimize disruption

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in construction / A&A / upgrading projects
• Experience in builder works (structural & finishing, including tiling) preferred
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings
• Familiar with Singapore WSH regulations
• Good communication and coordination skills

Working Days & Hours:

• 6-day work week (Monday - Saturday)
• 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
