PROJECT SUPERVISOR

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities related to structural steel works.
• Monitor site progress to ensure work is carried out according to project schedule, drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
• Ensure proper installation, erection, and alignment of structural steel components.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality workmanship at all stages of work.
• Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment usage on site.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company safety policies.
• Identify site issues and report progress, delays, or technical concerns to Management.
• Attend site meetings and assist in resolving construction and coordination issues.
• Maintain proper site records, daily reports, and documentation.
• Ensure housekeeping and site cleanliness are maintained at all times.
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Superior or Management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/ITE certificate in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in structural steel or construction site supervision.
• Good knowledge of structural steel erection and construction processes.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Familiar with workplace safety requirements and site coordination.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Possession of relevant safety certificates will be an advantage.

Working Hours:

• 5.5 day work week, 8am-525pm W-F, 8am-1200noon Sat (Alternate Saturday Off)
