Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily mechanical and electrical site activities and subcontractor performance to ensure project progress
- Monitor work progress, safety compliance, quality standards, and site housekeeping to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
- Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules to meet client requirements
- Coordinate deployment of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment to optimize resource utilization on site
- Maintain accurate daily records of progress, manpower, and inspections to support project tracking and reporting
- Identify and resolve site issues promptly and report progress, delays, and resource needs to the Project Manager for timely decision-making
- Participate actively in site coordination, toolbox, and inspection meetings to facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders
Required competencies and certifications
- NITEC certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Construction, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant site supervisory experience
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
- Experience in construction, mechanical, piping, industrial gas, or medical gas installation projects
- CSOC or relevant Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) certification
