Project Supervisor

1.Oversee the daily operations of the command center, ensuring all surveillance systems, monitoring tools, and communication channels function effectively and without real-time monitoring of CCTV and security systems, ensure timely identification of incidents, and coordinate rapid response actions with ground personnel and relevant stakeholders.

2.Lead, train, and manage command center operators, including scheduling shifts, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring adherence to operational protocols and service standards.

3.Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and optimisation of security technologies, including CCTV, access control systems, alarm systems, and analytics platforms.

4.Prepare detailed incident reports, daily operational summaries, and performance metrics maintain accurate logs for audits, compliance, and management review.

5.Develop and implement emergency response procedures, manage crisis situations, and ensure escalation protocols are followed effectively to minimise risks and disruptions.

6.Identify operational gaps, recommend improvements, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, response time, and overall service quality.D5
