Job Description

Responsibilities

. Report to Project Manager

. Manage site day-to-day operations in accordance to the Project Manager's instructions

. Ensure work progress is on schedule

. Coordination and supervision of works carried out by subcontractors and suppliers and a team of workers

. Manage site safety systems and enforcement

Requirements

. At least Diploma / Degree in Building/Construction/Civil & Structural or related Engineering field or equivalent experience

. Must have at least 1 year experience in local construction industry

. Able to speak fluently in English, able to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients will be an advantage

. Good working attitude and willing to learn

. Knowledge in AutoCad is an advantage

. Only Singaporean, Permanent Residents, or Employment Pass eligible applicants
