Job Summary
Manage architectural projects by conducting site surveys, coordinating with stakeholders, preparing reports, and ensuring timely delivery while meeting performance targets and maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys and take precise measurements to support project planning and execution
- Prepare detailed quantity schedules, proposals, and submission reports to facilitate project approvals
- Coordinate site activities with clients, suppliers, installers, and workers to ensure smooth operations
- Attend site meetings with clients to communicate progress and address concerns effectively
- Interpret layout plans and 2D/3D construction drawings to guide project implementation
- Work independently to analyze site conditions and report findings clearly to management
- Manage and coordinate projects to meet deadlines and quality standards set by the company
- Respond promptly to client enquiries to maintain strong customer relationships
- Allocate daily tasks to subcontractors and workers to optimize workforce productivity
- Assist with inventory tracking and management to ensure availability of materials
- Deliver goods as required to support project logistics
- Perform related ad-hoc duties assigned by management to support business needs
- Achieve monthly or annual key performance targets established by management
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficient in AutoCAD (2D/3D), Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to produce accurate project documentation
- Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License to perform delivery and site visits
- Ability to read and write English to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in architectural or project coordination roles
- Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to engage clients and teams
- Exhibit a mature attitude, high motivation, confidence, and self-drive to perform independently
- Ability to produce accurate and quality work within tight deadlines
- Willingness to work on weekends (Saturday) or as required to meet project demands
