Job Summary

Manage architectural projects by conducting site surveys, coordinating with stakeholders, preparing reports, and ensuring timely delivery while meeting performance targets and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct site surveys and take precise measurements to support project planning and execution
  • Prepare detailed quantity schedules, proposals, and submission reports to facilitate project approvals
  • Coordinate site activities with clients, suppliers, installers, and workers to ensure smooth operations
  • Attend site meetings with clients to communicate progress and address concerns effectively
  • Interpret layout plans and 2D/3D construction drawings to guide project implementation
  • Work independently to analyze site conditions and report findings clearly to management
  • Manage and coordinate projects to meet deadlines and quality standards set by the company
  • Respond promptly to client enquiries to maintain strong customer relationships
  • Allocate daily tasks to subcontractors and workers to optimize workforce productivity
  • Assist with inventory tracking and management to ensure availability of materials
  • Deliver goods as required to support project logistics
  • Perform related ad-hoc duties assigned by management to support business needs
  • Achieve monthly or annual key performance targets established by management

Required competencies and certifications

  • Proficient in AutoCAD (2D/3D), Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to produce accurate project documentation
  • Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License to perform delivery and site visits
  • Ability to read and write English to communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in architectural or project coordination roles
  • Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to engage clients and teams
  • Exhibit a mature attitude, high motivation, confidence, and self-drive to perform independently
  • Ability to produce accurate and quality work within tight deadlines
  • Willingness to work on weekends (Saturday) or as required to meet project demands
