Project Specialist

We are looking for a project specialist who will play a key role in delivering high-impact client facing events and employee engagement initiatives, while providing operational and enterprise support to the broader business. Working closely with various line of business leaders, sales directors, subject matter experts and corporate function colleagues, this role offers meaningful exposure to enterprise priorities and the opportunity to shape initiatives from concept through execution. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys people-centred work, thrives in a project-based environment, and is motivated by continuous improvement and long-term career development.

Responsibilities:

• Leading client and employee events end-to-end, from ideation and scoping through execution and post-event review, ensuring alignment with business growth and engagement objectives
• Partnering with business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into impactful events and initiatives
• Coordinating and guiding colleagues involved in employee activities to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences
• Managing operational aspects of projects, including resourcing, budgeting, vendor engagement and logistics

Requirements:

• 2–3 years B2B events experience – demonstrated capability across pre-event planning, on-site delivery, and post-event follow-up
• Vendor and partner management experience – engagement with venues, suppliers, and general procurement or contracting processes
• Strong project management capability – ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Continuous improvement mindset – a proactive approach to problem-solving and process enhancement
