  • Demonstrate leadership to guide the overall project requirements in initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, evaluation, and closure
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic decision-making
  • Support end-to-end marketing campaign execution, including alignment with the marketing team, coordination with designers for asset preparation, and campaign setup.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance Operations to investigate and resolve refund matters, reconciliation discrepancies, and operational gaps.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the business and product offerings to effectively respond to escalated customer support queries related to products and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business operations, project management, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheet tools (Google Sheets/Excel).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to coordinate across multiple teams.
  • Proactive, able to manage multiple tasks, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of marketing or sales operations is a plus.
