• Interpret technical and engineering drawings, measure up, and maintain quality standards your expertise ensures that nothing is left to chance.
• Document progress, resolve challenges, and provide project updates-your leadership keeps everyone aligned and informed.
• Mentor and empower your team, resolve issues, and help everyone grow together in a positive, supportive environment.

What We're Looking For:

• ITE or Diploma in Engineering (Civil Engineering is a strong plus).
• Confident in interpreting site drawings, a clear communicator, and a team player who thrives on challenges.
• Construction or utilities experience valued - bring your insights and help raise the bar.
• Calm under pressure, deadline-driven, and always committed to results.
