Project Site Manager

What you'll be doing
Layout Planning & Carpentry Sketch: For small apartment projects, to recommend and sketch out layout, and basic carpentry drawings for clients.
Project Planning & Execution: Plan work schedules, set out the site, and ensure adherence to project plans, budgets, and timelines.
Team & Resource Management: Supervise and motivate the workforce, hire subcontractors, allocate resources, and order materials.
Safety & Quality Control: Implement and manage safety programs, conduct inspections, and maintain quality standards and compliance with regulations.
Budget & Cost Control: Monitor build costs, manage expenditure, and report on financial status.
Communication & Reporting: Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and the public prepare progress updates, and documentation.
Problem Solving: Address issues and obstacles as they arise to keep the project moving.

What we're looking for

. A diploma or background in site management for renovation and construction.

. At least 2 years of practical experience in a relevant industry

. Experienced with layout and carpentry planning with clients, including simple drawings.

. Good understanding of design principles, spatial planning, and material selection

. Able to translate client requirements into functional and aesthetically pleasing recommendations.

. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment
