Job Description:
. Site Planning, Risk Identification &Control
Identify, assess, and report risks related to project scope, site conditions, constructability, access, and
work sequencing.
. Site Execution, Coordination &Forecasting
Lead and coordinate daily site activities, including two‑week work forecasting, detailed task planning, and subcontractor management.
. Installation Quality, Productivity &Process Improvement
Ensure installations meet required quality standards while driving continuous improvement in work methods, productivity, and site efficiency.
. Safety Management & Compliance
Supervise, control, and enforce all site safety requirements, ensuring full compliance with statutory regulations and company safety standards.
Job Requirements:
. Strong knowledge ofcommercial kitchen equipment installation and commissioning practices
. Good understanding of sitecoordination, work sequencing, and subcontractor supervision
. Ability to read andinterpret technical drawings and specifications
. Knowledge of constructionsite safety requirements and regulations
. Strong communication,leadership, and problem‑solving skills
. Proficient in basicreporting and planning tools (e.g. Excel)
