Project Site Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate transmission of updated documents and drawings to clients and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular meetings with subcontractors to review project progress and updates.
• Coordinate change orders, providing necessary documentation and support.
• Prepare and implement method statements and work procedures, ensuring adherence to all government and safety regulations.
• Manage procurement of resources, monitor material usage, and minimize waste and misappropriation.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials for daily site activities.
• Oversee drawing management, technical documentation control, and the quality of work performed.
• Conduct material receiving inspections and maintain detailed records.
• Prepare daily and monthly progress reports.
• Perform and maintain accurate inspection records.
• Ensure all delivery orders are returned to the office for proper documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• With minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be self-motivated with interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.
