- Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm, Sat 8am - 12pm
- Monthly Salary: Basic up to $5000 + Variable Bonus (VB)
- Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility
- SSupervise and coordinate daily site operations to ensure construction activities progress according to project schedules.
- Interpret construction drawings and specifications to guide accurate site execution, while collaborating with consultants, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, project requirements, and established quality standards, working closely with the Safety Officer and Project Manager.
- Conduct regular site inspections, monitor progress, and maintain detailed records of daily activities.
- Prepare method statements, shop drawings, asbuilt documentation, and assist with material requisitions, quantity takeoffs, and progress claims.
- Provide timely updates to the Project Manager on site progress, potential delays, and technical challenges.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering recognized PEB or BCA, Singapore
- Minimum 1 year of relevant industrial or commercial project experience
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes and safety regulations
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively.
- Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
