- Support and oversee the construction activities (Civil/Infrastructure - Roads, Pipeline, Sewerange) and progress, plan, implement and monitor work
- Analyze the given project and create a master schedule and site facilities plan to meet the contractual deadlines.
- Develop the project budget, quality plan, and allocate manpower to ensure alignment with the project's financial and contractual requirements.
- Lead the team in collaborating with clients and consultants to ensure quality standards and workmanship are met.
- Coordinate with relevant departments at HQ to manage the site budget, safety management system, and ISO documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- From a contractor environment with a series of project experience from start-to-completion
- Comfortable with 6-days workweek
