Site Assistance & Coordination
- Review all job site measurements match sales drawing (kitchen, wardrobe & door system)
- Review appliance locations to ensure they will fit and review proper electric, gas and plumbing is in place or planned as part of the project
- Review all utility requirements of project including: electrical, plumbing, mechanical and specific coderequirements in projects
- Check and Draw plumbing, gas and electric line information on cabinet diagrams noting any changes
- Assist monitoring, checking and follow-up on-going site progress
- Responsible to attend site meetings, site inspection/ assessment before and afterwork commenced
- Report project status and escalate to management as needed
- Follow-up on post-installations to ensure smooth and completion of job handover
- Manage and schedule after-handover and after-sales service
- Assist and report Project Manager
- Other tasks deemed necessary.
Qualifications:
- MUST Possess valid driver's license
- Preferably possess own car
- MUST HAVE minimum 2 years experience in project/site coordination for carpentry and furniture (imported furniture) or relevant building and construction management working experience
- Familiar with regulations and standards related to carpentry in construction and renovation
- Preferably 1-4 years Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Civil/ Construction/ Structural or equivalent
- Education: Diploma in any construction & designing field
- Attention to detail/ Eye for detail
- Punctuality
- Ability to read building drawings (blueprint)
- Basic knowledge in paperwork and computer skills
- High level of initiative
- Great communications skills
- Good organisation skills
- Work in fast pace and demanding environment
- Resourceful in problem resolving
- Team player
- Attained certification related BCA construction safety course, is an advantage
- Multi-lingual is an advantage
