Job Description

1. Resident Communication

Inform residents about electrical works (e.g. rewiring, meter replacement)

Distribute notices and schedules

Visit units (if necessary) to explain works and timelines

Handle enquiries and concerns

2. Coordination

Work with project teams, engineers, and Town Councils

Arrange access to homes

Schedule appointments with residents

3. Site Support

Be on-site to assist residents when necessary

Inform them about power shutdowns

Help resolve issues between residents and workers

4. Complaint Handling

Manage feedback on outages, noise, dust, and safety

Provide updates and solutions

Escalate serious issues when needed

5. Documentation

Record communications, complaints, and schedules

Prepare reports for management

6. Safety Communication

Inform residents about safety measures

Ensure notices follow regulations
