Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and site team to ensure project operational efficiency
  • Administer daily incoming and outgoing correspondences, maintain accurate and updated electronic and paper filing systems for quick retrieval
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars and site visits for coordination of team activities
  • Upkeep of project documentation including drawings, reports and contracts to ensure accuracy
  • Distribute documents, track and assist to prepare submissions, approvals, and project reports to monitor project progress
  • Manage attendance records to support workforce tracking
  • Maintenance of site office supplies
  • Assist in other duties that are assigned from time to time

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent
  • GCE N/O/A-Levels applicants with relevant experience are welcomed to apply
  • Preferably to have at least 2 - 3 years working experience in the Construction industry
  • Knowledge on Aconex construction software or other document control software is an added advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Words)
  • Must be able to communicate with PRC / Chinese workers
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Positive working attitude with good interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Working location - Tuas Avenue
  • 5.5-day work week (Alternate Saturdays)
