Project Scheduler (Primavera P6, ACMV/ HVAC, Company Transport from Woodland to Tuas)

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 for ACMV / HVAC ducting works.

• Plan and sequence construction activities in coordination with project managers, engineers, and site teams.

• Track project progress, identify delays, and propose recovery plans to ensure timely project completion.

• Prepare baseline schedules, updates, and revisions in line with project requirements.

• Conduct critical path analysis and highlight potential risks, constraints, and bottlenecks.

• Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure alignment of schedules and deliverables.

• Generate periodic progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and clients.

• Support tender planning by preparing preliminary schedules and manpower/resource plans.

• Monitor resource allocation (manpower, materials, equipment) and ensure efficient utilization.

• Participate in project meetings and provide scheduling insights and recommendations.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Building Services) or related discipline.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in ACMV / HVAC or construction industry.

• Proficient in Primavera P6 is a must.

• Strong understanding of HVAC / ducting installation sequences and construction workflow.
