Project Scheduler

We are seeking a Project Scheduler to support the planning and execution of a large capital engineering project in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The role will manage and maintain the integrated project schedule, ensuring accurate tracking of milestones, progress, and critical activities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the project schedule using Primavera P6 or equivalent tools.

Update weekly schedule progress and reforecast project timelines.

Maintain schedule baselines and track changes impacting project execution.

Develop detailed schedules for plant shutdown activities and commissioning phases.

Perform critical path analysis and schedule risk assessments.

Provide regular schedule updates to the Project Manager and project stakeholders.

Requirements

Experience as a Project Scheduler in large engineering or capital projects.

Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6 or similar scheduling tools.

Experience working in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing environments is preferred.

Strong understanding of project scheduling, dependencies, and milestone tracking.
