Job Description

Brief Summary

Seeking a results-driven Project Sales Manager to drive growth in air-conditioning sales within the commercial and industrial sectors. This role offers an opportunity to develop and maintain valuable client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee sales of B2B products, focusing on customer relationship management and new business development. Identify and pursue opportunities in B2B project sales, including customer outreach, quote preparation, and project negotiations. Monitor customer orders for delivery and facilitate payment collection processes. Generate forecasts related to secured sales, delivery timelines, payment collections, sales backlog, and inventory management. Undertake additional tasks as required by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within the HVAC sector. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving year-on-year growth. Strong communication abilities to engage effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders at all levels. Experience collaborating with consultants, owners, main contractors, and key stakeholders in the building and commercial sectors. Excellent leadership skills coupled with proficient written and verbal communication capabilities.
