Project & Sales Manager (Lighting/ Construction)

Brief Summary:

• Basic $6000 - $8000

• Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 6.00pm

• Location: Ubi

• Permanent Role + VB + 14AL

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive business development and close high-value lighting projects by leveraging relationships with developers, architects, IDs, M&E consultants, and contractors.

• Lead specifications to secure product inclusion early in design stages deliver presentations, proposals, and technical discussions.

• Manage end-to-end project delivery (tendering/costing/procurement to installation/testing/commissioning) to meet timeline, budget, safety, and compliance requirements.

• Strengthen brand presence and influence specifications through industry engagement and networking.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field.

• Minimum 10 years senior sales experience in lighting or construction materials.

• Strong network with key stakeholders in Singapore and proven ability to win and deliver mid-to-large projects.
