About the Company

With a strong presence in Singapore and the region, the company works closely with consultants, designers, contractors, and end-users to support the design, supply, and implementation of professional kitchen projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive project sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities within the hospitality, foodservice, healthcare, and commercial sectors.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with hotel operators, restaurant groups, consultants, kitchen designers, architects, developers, and contractors.
- Engage stakeholders during the project planning stage to secure product specifications and project opportunities.
- Manage the full project sales cycle from lead generation and tender participation through proposal preparation, negotiation, and project award.
- Collaborate with clients to understand operational requirements and recommend suitable commercial kitchen and foodservice equipment solutions.
- Work closely with internal project, design, procurement, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor upcoming developments, construction activities, and tender opportunities to build a sustainable sales pipeline.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients and consultants.
- Prepare sales forecasts, project reports, and market intelligence updates for management review.
- Achieve individual sales targets while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project sales, business development, or account management within commercial kitchen equipment, foodservice equipment, hospitality solutions, M&E, building products, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of project sales processes, tender submissions, and contract negotiations.
- Existing network within the hospitality, hotel, restaurant, healthcare, or construction sectors is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, commercially driven, and capable of working independently.
