Job Summary
Drive business growth by identifying and securing new sales opportunities in interior fit-out, renovation, exhibition, and design projects. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in interior fit-out, renovation, exhibition, and design projects to expand company market presence
- Conduct cold calls, networking, and client meetings to generate qualified sales leads and build client pipeline
- Analyze clients requirements and propose customized solutions that meet their project needs
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and presentations to support sales negotiations and client decision-making
- Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Achieve monthly sales targets to contribute directly to company revenue growth
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in interior design, renovation, exhibitions, construction, or related industries
- Demonstrated communication, presentation, and negotiation skills applied in client-facing sales contexts
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients
- Effective multitasking and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for preparing sales documents and presentations
