Job Responsibilities:
. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team objectives.
. Develop new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base within the construction industry.
. Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Developers, Main Contractors, and other key decision-makers.
. Increase brand and product awareness among industry professionals to influence project specifications and procurement decisions.
. Prepare and present sales, revenue, and forecast reports to the Head of Sales.
. Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet project needs.
. Plan and manage multiple sales activities efficiently, from lead generation to deal closure.
. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and project support.
. Monitor project progress and assist with follow-up on installations, rectifications, and documentation.
. Support the project management team in progress claims and final accounts.
Requirements:
. Proven track record and established network within the construction industry (e.g., developers, architects, consultants, contractors, and distributors).
. Passionate about achieving sales targets and growing business opportunities.
. Minimum 3 years of experience in project or construction-related sales.
. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
. Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint skills are advantageous).
. Diploma in Marketing, Business, or equivalent qualification.
. Possession of a valid driving license and own vehicle is preferred.
. Willingness to travel as required.
