Job Description:
- Managing, developing and motivating the regional sales channels in order to achieve company objectives and strategy.
- Achievement of sales and profit budgets by account on a monthly and YTD basis.
- Ensuring timely follow up and reporting of all sales enquiries in the regions including end users.
- Identify new business opportunities across the regions and oversee the successful development and launch of new product initiatives.
- Agreeing and setting pricing levels and strategies in co-ordination with the Management.
- Ensuring a constant flow of new business activity whilst maintaining and developing existing business levels.
- Deliver accurate sales and budget forecasts.
- Developing and implementing annual business plans for each region and updating them on a rolling monthly basis.
- Monitoring and reporting market trends and competitor activity within the regions.
- Responsive to both external and internal customer needs and assist in the resolution of any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide market intelligence, product and solution input and feedback, and necessary recommendations to the R&D teams at headquarters.
- Any other ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma qualification
- With Sales experience in related businesses or relevant industries (construction / service provider)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
