Job Summary
Innotec Solutions is looking for a motivated and results-driven Project Sales Engineer (Security Systems) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and promoting integrated security solutions. This role requires both sales and technical knowledge to provide customers with suitable security system solutions.
JOBS RESPONSIBLE
- Responsible for sales of security and communication systems projects
- Sell a range of services that include Security Solutions and Facilities Management.
- Work closely with management team to develop strategies to ensure that sales targets and budgets are achieved and exceeded
- Meetings and sales presentations to potential clients
- Implementing strategies to boost sales
- Preparation and follow-up of quotation / tender and visiting customers as necessary
- Manage existing customers and develop new customers to foster good customer relationship for revenue growth and customer retention
- Establish milestones and enforce strict deadlines for projects
- Develop product strategies and manage the product life cycle to support business growth
JOB REQUIREMENT
- 2-3 years of experience working with physical security design and implementation of Access Control, Intrusion Detection, CCTV Surveillance, and other security systems
- Experience in distribution of network switch and UPS.
- Ability to read and understand schematic/line/riser diagrams, reflected ceiling and floor plans
- Strong electronics and electrical codes knowledge, computer networking and general PC knowledge
- Strong organizational, written and verbal skills, troubleshooting and critical thinking
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
