Project / Programme Manager

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Project/Programme Manager, based in Singapore with the option for partial remote working. The role involves overseeing and managing energy sector projects, ensuring timely delivery, resource planning, and alignment with technical and financial objectives. The Project/Programme Manager will coordinate with diverse stakeholders, provide regular updates, and ensure projects are executed in compliance with the company's high standards for analytical quality and precision.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with project management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication
• Strong technical and financial analysis skills relevant to the energy sector, particularly in reserves estimation
• Proficiency in industry standards such as SPE-PRMS and SEC regulations
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with hybrid working environments and the ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage
• Working knowledge of tools or software commonly used in energy sector analysis
