Project / Process Engineer

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project / Process Engineer to support the execution of a pharmaceutical warehouse project. This role requires strong cross-disciplinary coordination capability, hands-on involvement in design and testing, and the ability to independently drive project deliverables within a GMP-regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support project coordination across multiple disciplines including process, mechanical, electrical, and cleanroom systems.
- Act as a key interface between internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Review, coordinate, and support design development for warehouse systems, including sampling booth design and implementation.
- Manage vendor interactions, technical clarifications, and follow-ups, particularly with Chinese-speaking suppliers.
- Plan and support FAT, SAT, commissioning, and qualification (IQ/OQ) activities, including documentation preparation and execution.
- Ensure compliance with GMP requirements and applicable regulatory standards throughout all project phases.
- Proactively identify project risks, resolve technical and coordination issues, and drive activities to meet schedule and quality targets.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation such as technical reports, meeting minutes, and tracking logs.
Requirements
- Experience & Knowledge: Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or GMP-regulated projects.
- Technical Competencies: Proven experience in project coordination across multiple disciplines in a construction or facility environment familiarity with cleanroom systems, warehouse operations, or material handling processes experience with sampling booth design, containment systems, or powder handling is preferred strong understanding of commissioning and qualification processes (IQ/OQ), with validation exposure advantageous.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills effective communicator across technical and cultural boundaries proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (required for vendor coordination and technical discussions).
- Adaptability: Highly self-motivated, proactive, and accountable, with a strong ownership mindset and the ability to work independently and drive deliverables with minimal supervision.
