Our client is a leading construction and engineering firm. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Site Planning Engineer to join their Planning Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East area easily accessible.
Duties of Site Planning Engineer:
- Support project tender planning, including work sequence and value engineering proposals
- Develop and maintain project master schedules using Excel or MS Project
- Prepare and implement the Project Quality Plan on-site
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and approved materials/equipment
- Draft method statements and collaborate with the Safety team on risk assessments
- Coordinate with authorities for statutory submissions and approvals
- Conduct site inspections and internal audits to ensure compliance with regulations and building codes
- Maintain proper documentation and traceability of project data
- Handle other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering or related
- 8 years relevant experience in Construction industry
