Project Planner

Responsibilities:

• Support Contract Team in preparation of Work / Construction Prgramme
• Prepare Project Execution Plan, Logistic Plan, Site Utilization Plan, QAQC Plan
• Liaise with suppliers and sub contractors to establish lead time and necessary information
• Liaise with suppliers and sub contractors for samples submission
• Prepare long lead time materials lists
• Coordinate with Project Team in producing Baseline Programme / Construction Programme using MS Project
• Any other duties as may be assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Holder or other relevant qualifications
• Min 3 years of relevant working experience in interior fit-out works or construction field is required
• Able to work independently and under tight schedule
• Good project coordination skills
• Able to read architectural & technical drawings
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, Primavera
